If you want to see someone with a good attitude, talk to Malik Nash-Bey. His academics match his positive outlook. This student of the month started in Corps Academy a few months ago, and began the job-training program in March. His teachers say he is consistent in his work and attendance and stays focused on his goals, which paid off when he scored over 400 points on the math portion of his California High School Exit Exam. It’s a good thing he’s so good at math, because he wants to be an accountant someday.
