Richard "Dick" Dittmar - President
Dick is retired from a 40 year career as a human resources executive and consultant with several major manufacturing companies. A native of Illinois, Dick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Political Science and History.

Trent Eisenman - Vice President
Trent is an audit Senior Manager with KPMG LLP in their Financial Services practice in Orange County, California. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University and is a practicing CPA and is a member of the AICPA.

Peggy Dougherty - Treasurer
Peggy is a retired manager from the California Employment Development Department where she worked for many years in Orange and Los Angeles Counties to provide job services for unemployed youth and adults.

Hedy K. Davis Kirsh - Secretary
Hedy was in public education for 39 years and retired in 2002. She was raised in Southern California and received her B.A. from USC and her M.S. from Pepperdine University.

Margaret Mason
Margaret is a retired administrator for instructional programs at the North Orange County ROP. She has her Master's Degree from Pepperdine University with a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Michael Worley Ed. D.
Michael has been the Superintendent of the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program since March 3, 2009. Dr. Worley earned a bachelor of science degree from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s in education degree from the University of La Verne. He also holds a doctor of education in organization leadership from the University of La Verne.

Jan Noce
Jan retired in March 2010 from the City of Irvine after 29 years of experience. She has sponsored, mentored and supervised OCCC recycling crews for 15 years. She also holds a Certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from the University of California, Irvine.
